In Reus you can find a great offer in restaurants, some in the coastal and others in the interior. On it's menus you can taste dishes recovered from the traditional peasant or marine cuisine and the brilliant kinds of many dishes from all over the world.
 
The typical dishes came from the cuisine of the olive oil virgin extra Siurana, which is the result of the arbequina and little olive of concentrated flavour.
 
Reus in fact is the capital of Siurana oil, as it is of dried fruits and nuts, specially the hazelnut , the basic ingredient of the famous Romesco Sauce, and of the chopped sauce used to dress diferrent dishes.

The Almonds are used to made the typical deserts like Menjablanc and its extraordinary farewell of a meal, characteristic of Reus.
 
Reus is well known too for its wines like the Priorat, Montsant, Terra Alta, Conce de Barberà and Tarragona as weel as for its famous vermout.
